Acts of Fellowship (AOF) Event Planning Booking Policies

Booking & Retainer

To secure your event date, a signed agreement and non-refundable retainer of 25% are required. Dates are not reserved until both the contract and retainer have been received.

Payment Schedule

The remaining balance will be due according to the payment schedule outlined in your contract. Full payment must be received before event services begin.

Consultations

Initial consultations are complimentary and provide an opportunity to discuss your event vision, goals, and planning needs.

                                                               Changes & Modifications

Any changes to event details, guest count, location, services, or timeline must be submitted in writing. Additional fees may apply depending on the scope of the changes.

                                                                         Cancellations

All retainers and payments made are non-refundable. If an event is canceled, any outstanding balances for services already rendered may still be due.

                                                                   Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event information, timely approvals, and payments according to the agreed schedule. Delays in communication may impact planning timelines.

                                                                  Vendor Coordination

AOF will coordinate with vendors included in the planning agreement. Vendor contracts remain between the client and the vendor unless otherwise specified.

                                                                       Event Day Services

Event day coordination begins and ends according to the hours outlined in the selected package. Additional time requested may be subject to additional fees.

                                                                        Force Majeure

AOF is not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, venue closures, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

                                                                  Photography & Marketing

AOF may photograph completed event setups and use event images for portfolio, website, and social media marketing purposes unless otherwise requested by the client in writing.

                                                                Acceptance of Policies

By booking services with Acts of Fellowship (AOF) Event Planning, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these booking policies.
